How do affirmations improve your health

An affirmation is a statement that is declared to be true. Affirmations are positive statements that can help us overcome our negative thoughts.  When we repeat them often and believe in what we are stating, we can start to make positive changes.

When we continue to repeat negative thoughts it is even harder to move out of this energy.  And then all we do is continue to attract more negative matters into our life.  This energy not only affects our mental health but also our physical health too.  By repeating a positive affirmation we start to shift our brain and the way of our thinking into a different energy.  We literally increase our frequency.  The more we repeat and state our truth using an affirmation, the easier we are able to move into the positive mind set when we do face challenges.

By repeating an affirmation daily, you will start to feel a physical change in your body and your mental health will feel clearer and lighter.  Some affirmations will resonate more which can help you identify what you need to work on more, such as overcoming fear or letting go of past events.  These self-affirmations can help you mitigate effects of stress and improve your well-being.
